Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of this site and any services offered by BMD Pat LLC.

Engagement

Service engagements are defined by written scope (proposal/SOW). Changes in scope require mutual written agreement.

Payments

Milestone-based billing unless otherwise specified. Invoices are due upon receipt.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information received from the other party confidential and use it solely for the purposes of the engagement.

Warranties

Engineering best-effort with a 14-day bugfix window after delivery. No implied warranties beyond agreed scope.

Limitation of liability

Liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement.

Compliance

We will implement reasonable technical controls and follow industry best practices. You remain responsible for your organization’s legal and regulatory compliance.
